The online health assessment is free. A provider consultation fee applies when treatment is approved: $25 for a message based review, $35 for a standard live visit, or $60 for a complex live visit. KERNX does not collect payment for treatment before provider approval. Your bank or card issuer may display a temporary authorization hold during sign up, but this is not a completed KERNX charge. If treatment is approved, the applicable consultation fee, medication, and any selected add ons are processed after approval and your acceptance of the treatment plan.
