KERNX Health is a physician led telehealth platform based in Washington, DC. We connect patients across all 50 states with licensed independent physicians for personalized GLP-1 weight loss care, delivered entirely online. Complete a short intake, get reviewed by a physician, and receive a treatment plan built around you if you qualify.
02Our Provider Network
Every treatment decision on KERNX is made by a licensed, independent physician, not an algorithm. Our provider network spans board certified physicians practicing in internal medicine, family medicine, and obesity medicine, each licensed in the state where the patient resides. No prescription is issued without individual physician review of a patient's intake and health history.

Quality weight loss care has been slow, expensive, and hard to reach for far too long. KERNX was built to change that: real physicians, clear pricing published before you ever pay, and a process designed around the patient from the first click. We believe good care should not depend on where you live or what you can afford.
04How It Works
Every patient is reviewed individually by a licensed independent physician who decides whether treatment is appropriate. When it is, prescriptions are filled by an FDA registered 503B compounding pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your door. Compounding is a long established, regulated practice under Sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
05What We Stand For
Honesty is the product. We tell you exactly what is studied, exactly what things cost, and exactly who is responsible for your care. Our platform is HIPAA compliant, our providers are licensed, our pharmacy is named, and we never promise outcomes that no one can promise.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required. Not all patients qualify. Individual results vary.

We collect personal and health information you provide when completing our patient intake assessment, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, health history, current medications, and other medical information necessary to evaluate your eligibility for GLP-1 treatment.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to evaluate your eligibility for treatment, connect you with a licensed medical provider, process your subscription, and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. HIPAA Compliance
KERNX Health is committed to protecting your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your protected health information (PHI) is handled securely and only shared with licensed providers and pharmacy partners involved in your care.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and health information. Our patient intake forms are processed through HIPAA-compliant systems. Payment information is handled securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share your information with: (a) licensed medical providers reviewing your assessment; (b) licensed compounding pharmacies fulfilling your prescription; (c) payment processors for subscription billing; and (d) as required by law. We do not share your information with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Your Rights

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing kernxhealth.com or submitting a patient assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Not a Medical Provider
KERNX Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed medical providers. KERNX Health LLC is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not guarantee treatment approval. All medical decisions are made by licensed independent physicians.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. KERNX Health serves patients nationwide through its licensed physician network. GLP-1 medications are only prescribed to patients who meet medical eligibility criteria as determined by a licensed provider.
4. Subscription & Billing
KERNX Health subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions begin only after a licensed provider approves your treatment. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A consultation fee may apply at the time of your provider visit.
5. Medications
Medications prescribed through KERNX Health are compounded by licensed, FDA-registered pharmacies under strict quality standards. Compounded medications are not clinically studied finished drug products. Compounded medications have been prescribed by licensed physicians for decades and are a legal, established part of healthcare in the United States. Results may vary. Always consult your provider about risks and side effects.
6. Limitation of Liability
KERNX Health LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or medications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 30 days.
