Complete your medical intake

You answer a structured health questionnaire covering your history, current medications, allergies, and goals. This is the same information a physician would gather in a clinic, captured securely online so a provider can review it thoroughly before making any decision.

Physician review

A licensed, independent physician reviews your intake. They are looking at whether a treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you specifically. If something needs clarification, they may request more detail before proceeding. If treatment is not appropriate, they will tell you.

Your personalized plan

If you qualify, the physician determines the right starting approach for your situation, including the medication, dose, and titration schedule. Nothing is one size fits all. The plan reflects your history and your tolerance.

Pharmacy preparation

Your prescription is sent to an FDA-registered 503B pharmacy that prepares your medication. Preparation happens under pharmacy quality standards, and your treatment is shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging.

Ongoing support

Treatment is not a single transaction. Your care team remains available for questions, dose adjustments, and check ins as your body responds. You are supported through the entire course, not left on your own after the first shipment.
