Choose monthly pricing or pay upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months. With a 12 month plan, Semaglutide injection is as low as $139 per 4 week supply, and Oral Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are as low as $209 per 4 week supply.

Each month is a 4 week supply. The 3 month plan is 12 weeks, the 6 month plan is 24 weeks, and the 12 month plan is 52 weeks, which is 13 four week supplies. Prepaid prices cover the selected term and renew automatically for that term unless canceled. Medication and dosage are determined by a licensed provider based on clinical appropriateness. Monthly pricing is the same at every dose. Microdosing programs are priced separately, shown below.

Billing and renewal. Monthly plans renew each month at the applicable rate for your prescribed treatment unless canceled. Prepaid plans renew for the selected term unless canceled. Cancel anytime before your next renewal date from your account or by emailing support@kernxhealth.com. KERNX does not collect payment for treatment until a licensed provider approves treatment. Your bank or card issuer may display a temporary authorization hold during sign up, but this is not a completed KERNX charge. There is no separate consultation fee. Your monthly plan charge for medication is processed only after a provider approves treatment and you accept the plan.
Refunds. Canceling stops your next renewal but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed, services already provided, or an order that has already entered fulfillment. Refund requests are considered on a case by case basis, depending on whether a service has been provided or an order has entered fulfillment. Prescription products generally cannot be returned. If you believe there has been a billing, fulfillment, or prescription order error, contact us through your account or at support@kernxhealth.com and we will review it. Medications require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. Not all patients qualify. Individual results vary. Compounded medications are fulfilled through the licensed dispensing pharmacy identified in your treatment and fulfillment information.

Why is it less than the brand?A fair question. Here is the answer.
Low prices in this category can be a warning sign, and you are right to ask. There are three specific reasons KERNX costs what it does, and none of them involve cutting corners on the medication or the clinician.
It is not the brand product
Compounded medication is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy rather than manufactured and sold under a brand name. There is no brand pricing attached to it. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as the approved brand products.
There is no insurance in the middle
KERNX is cash pay. Nothing is routed through insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, rebates or claims processing. You pay one published price, and none of it funds the administrative layer that sits between most patients and their medication.
We do not charge a membership fee
Some platforms advertise a low medication price and add a separate monthly program or membership charge. KERNX does not. The plan price is the plan price. There are no add on fees and no separate consultation fee.
And the price does not change with your dose
Injectable semaglutide is $209 per month, oral semaglutide is $279 per month, and tirzepatide is $299 per month. If your provider increases your dose over time, your price stays the same. That price is published above, so you know exactly what you will pay before you start rather than finding out later.
If a price looks too low to be real, ask who fills the prescription, whether the platform is independently certified, and what the total cost is at your prescribed dose. Those are the right questions to ask us and everyone else.
The price you sign up for should be the price you keep paying
A lot of people tell us the number they signed up for somewhere else was not the number they ended up paying. Usually for one of two reasons. Their price went up as their dose went up, or an introductory rate ended after the first month or two.
Neither happens here. Your monthly price for your medication stays the same at every dose, for as long as you stay on it. The price is published above so you can check it yourself before you fill anything out.

Weight loss platforms advertise a monthly number. What that number covers varies a great deal. Here is what to ask any provider you are considering, including us.
Is there a membership fee on top?
Some platforms charge a monthly program or membership fee and bill medication separately, so the advertised price is only part of what you pay. KERNX does not charge a membership fee. Your plan price covers the medication, shipping, and ongoing support.
Do you have to prepay to get the advertised price?
Some platforms only reach their advertised price if you commit to several months up front. KERNX monthly pricing is available month to month, with no prepayment and no long term contract. Optional prepaid plans are there if you prefer to pay upfront for a lower total. You may cancel before your next renewal date.
Can you see who is reviewing your case?
Many platforms say only that a licensed provider will review you. The clinicians who review KERNX patients are named on this site, so you can look up any of them before you begin.
Has the platform been independently certified?
KERNX Health is LegitScript certified, an independent review of how a healthcare platform operates. The certification seal is in the footer of every page and links to the public verification record.
What happens during the first month?
The first few weeks are when most questions come up and when side effects are most likely. KERNX is built to stay small enough that your care team follows you through dose changes rather than handing you to whoever is next in the queue.
When KERNX is not the right fit
If you want an FDA-approved brand name medication, or you want to use insurance benefits, KERNX is not the right choice and we will tell you so. We offer compounded medications on a cash pay basis. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your provider will tell you if treatment is not appropriate for you.

Is insurance required?
No. KERNX operates outside the insurance system, which is part of how pricing stays transparent and predictable. You pay the published cash pay rate for your prescribed medication and dose, with no insurance claims to file.
Will my price change as my dose goes up?
No. Your monthly price is the same at every dose, and it does not change month to month. There is no introductory rate that ends and no step up as your provider adjusts your treatment. The price is published on this page.
Are there hidden fees?
